CONTRACT TERMS: – 50% deposit required to guarantee space reservation. – Full payment is required by July 31, 2025. – Set up will take place August 6, 2025 at 8:00am – Dismantling will take place August 10 , 2025 at 1:00pm – Request for space will be considered only after signed application form and deposit has been received. – Should cancellation of this contract occur after June 30, 2025 at the request of the Exhibitor deposit payment will be held by Caribe Gyn, Inc. – Exhibitors will be responsible for any damaged at the exhibit hall resulting from their installations procedures or equipment operation.
